I have over ten years' experience of designing, facilitating and presenting legal skills, business skills and substantive law training. As a former corporate and technology sector lawyer, I understand what training will be most useful for lawyers and how important it is to deliver that training in a way that maximises the return on their time.
I am particularly interested in the role learning and development can play in innovation by facilitating creative approaches to problem solving and modelling an openness to new ideas. I am a member of IDEO U’s Community of Practice, a group of design thinking enthusiasts from around the world, and was co-team leader of a Microsoft-sponsored Law Without Walls team.
I am a member of the City of London Law Society's Training Committee, the City Women Network and the Association of Chairs.
